Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Count Basie Center for the Arts for TeachRock’s Inaugural Teachers Hall of Fame Gala—an unforgettable evening celebrating the extraordinary educators who change lives every day.
Artists, awards, powerful stories, and music will share the stage as we induct our inaugural class of honorees.
Comedian and actor Pete Davidson will bring his humor, energy and famously generous heart to the event as Master of Ceremonies.
Tom Morello will accept the Inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of his mother, the remarkable educator Mary Morello.
We’ll honor the chairman of the event executive committee, long-serving TeachRock board member Kevin Keyes.
Comedian and actor Jeff Ross joins Little Steven and friends on stage for a night of laughs alongside the music and awards.
Jon Bon Jovi will make a special appearance.
And the program will close with a full-performance by Kool & the Gang.
Plus, get ready for a special visit from the E Street Choir, accompanied by keyboardist Charlie Giordano and percussionist Anthony Almonte.
More artist announcements will follow!
Funds raised will support TeachRock’s free, music-integrated curriculum, currently used by more than 80,000 educators reaching over one million students nationwide.
